一、产品说明：

圆形振动筛是一种高度细粉筛分机械，其噪音低、效率高，快速换网需3-5分钟，封闭结构，适用于粒、粉、粘液等物料的筛分过滤。旋振筛是由直立式电机作激振源，电机上、下两端安装有偏心重锤，将电机的旋转运动转变为水平、垂直、倾斜的三次元运动，再把这个运动传递给筛面。调节上、下两端的相位角，可以改变物料在筛面上的运动轨迹。

工作原理

筛分系统由超声波谐振电源、振荡器、共振环组成.超声波谐振电源产生的高频电振荡由振荡器转换成高频

正弦形式的纵向振荡波，这些振荡波传到共振环上使共振环产生共振，然后由共振环将振动均匀传输至筛面。筛网上的物料在做低频三次元振动的同时，叠加上超声波振动，既可防止网孔堵塞，又可提高筛分产量和质量。

圆振动筛主要由：筛箱、激振器、筛网、支撑装备、电机等组成。筛网安装于筛箱的侧板上，筛网的层数可根据用户需求进行增减，例如：把3种大小的物料分开使用三层振动筛即可。
